What happens after I make a payment?

We require full payment for most orders. For customized greenhouse projects, we accept an 80% downpayment and 20% upon delivery of materials

Payment Scenarios

  1. Standard Orders (Full Payment)

    • For standard greenhouses, smart solar dryers, FarmShield IoT, and FarmCloud subscriptions, we require 100% payment upfront before delivery and construction begin.

  2. Customized Orders (80/20 Payment Terms)

    • If your greenhouse is built to custom specifications, we accept:

      • 80% down payment to begin fabrication and logistics.

      • 20% payment upon delivery of all materials to your farm site.

    • Construction begins immediately after the final delivery payment is confirmed.

  3. Credit Terms (On Approval)

    • Available for select repeat clients.

    • Requires a credit check and approval through our internal process.

    • Terms and repayment schedules will be outlined in a credit agreement before delivery.


After Payment — What to Expect

  • Invoice & Receipt → You receive official confirmation.

  • Pre-site Survey → Technician visit for soil test and site assessment.

  • Delivery & Construction

    • Standard orders: after full payment, construction is scheduled.

    • Customized orders: after 80% down, with 20% payable on delivery.

  • Testing & Training → We inspect, test systems (including FarmShield), and train your team.

  • Optional Add-ons → Agronomy support, FarmCloud onboarding, and market linkage continue after handover if selected.
