Standard Orders (Full Payment)
For standard greenhouses, smart solar dryers, FarmShield IoT, and FarmCloud subscriptions, we require 100% payment upfront before delivery and construction begin.
Customized Orders (80/20 Payment Terms)
If your greenhouse is built to custom specifications, we accept:
80% down payment to begin fabrication and logistics.
20% payment upon delivery of all materials to your farm site.
Construction begins immediately after the final delivery payment is confirmed.
Credit Terms (On Approval)
Available for select repeat clients.
Requires a credit check and approval through our internal process.
Terms and repayment schedules will be outlined in a credit agreement before delivery.
After Payment — What to Expect
Invoice & Receipt → You receive official confirmation.
Pre-site Survey → Technician visit for soil test and site assessment.
Delivery & Construction →
Standard orders: after full payment, construction is scheduled.
Customized orders: after 80% down, with 20% payable on delivery.
Testing & Training → We inspect, test systems (including FarmShield), and train your team.
Optional Add-ons → Agronomy support, FarmCloud onboarding, and market linkage continue after handover if selected.
