Steps to get your order delivered to your farm.
We follow a 5 step process once we receive your payment:-
- We send you an invoice and receipt for the amount paid and details of the technician scheduled to visit your farm to conduct a pre-site survey. This is done to check if the farm is ready for a greenhouse set up and if need be, collect soil samples for the lab to conduct soil tests which will inform our agronomists when transplanting your crops.
- We deliver the greenhouse on day 2 and construction commences. We will request that you provide us with casual labourers and sand, cement and ballast at the farm.
- We take 3-7 days to complete the construction based on the size of the greenhouse ordered.
- We inspect the greenhouse and test the irrigation system and train your farm workers on how to operate the smart irrigation system-Farmshield.
- You confirm all works have been done to your satisfaction then you sign our site completion sheet. Voila! We depart your farm or if you have an agronomic support package from us, our technical team hands over the farm to our crop protection and agronomy team to take over.
